Ankle & Foot in Marietta chose Chandlee Construction as their medical design and construction contractor for several offices around the metro Atlanta area. Because we are surgery center construction experts, they chose us again to expand their facilities in their Marietta location to include a full-service surgical unit.

We were chosen by Beltone to create two locations for their business, one in Cumming and another in Johns Creek because we are experienced as a healthcare contracting firm. Chandlee Construction has expertise in clinic construction – the owners of Cryology asked us to build-out a location for them near our offices in Alpharetta, Georgia. Shortly after co-founders Seth Chandlee and his father, Jim Chandlee joined forces, they were contracted to build-out three offices in the Braeburn Village complex. One was a medical building design for Alpha Spine, a chiropractic firm. Our firm is poised to prepare and present medical office construction cost estimates and bids when you are ready to turn your dreams into reality.
