Chad Thai Restaurant

Chad Thai Urban Asian Kitchen restaurant is another design/build project for Chandlee Construction Company. Partners, Jim Chandlee and Seth Chandlee, signed a contract with the new tenants in early January 2015 for the architectural design and construction for their new restaurant.

The scope of this commercial project was to construct the Thai restaurant within the space of a former Old Pretzel Factory store. Stage one of this project was the architectural design for the Chad Thai Urban Asian Kitchen. Once the design was completed and approved the next order of business was to apply for the building permit.

This is the sixth project for Chandlee Construction in the desirable Alpharetta shopping center of Deerfield Place.
