Enterprise Rent a Car – Morrow GA

Chandlee Construction Company undertook a project for Josh Strickland, owner of the Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Morrow, Georgia, in November of 2018. Richard Chandlee, our Project Coordinator, is supervising the subcontractors under Senior Project Manager, Ken Rybnikar, with assistance in the office from a project administrator.

The scope of this small commercial construction project involves installing a large open-air,lean-to “on” the east side of the existing building, installing two new windows in the side of the building, creating a new sidewalk, and erecting an 8-foot high canopy cover that measures 14 feet by 20 feet for parking returned cars.
