We are a commercial and industrial construction company offering collaborative design and construction procedures.

Through our team of architects, engineers, and designers, we can provide concept and design services to our clients. Our team can create floor plans, elevation drawings, design boards, renderings, computer graphics and all that is necessary to represent any project in 2D and 3D formats.

This page displays plans, drawings and renderings of projects designed by Chandlee Construction Construction Company, and many already constructed. At times we display conceptual ideas from our architects, engineers and designers.

We are expanding this page to show projects that are currently in the design phase of development. Most of these projects will have their own project page under a category in our Portfolio tab when they become a project under construction.

We invite you to take the time to review our Portfolio which contains both completed projects and those under construction. Select PORTFOLIO from the Menu bar above. You will find the projects listed in a blue pull-down menu on the right – first by category and then by project name. Each project page will include a written description of the project and photos that show the progression of the construction of the project. Hopefully we

were able to secure finished photos. Oftentimes we find this difficult as the client has moved into the space and is operating a business. We make every effort to secure finished photos and sometimes get them from the client.

Enterprise Ground-Up Prototype Design

Chandlee Construction contracted with Enterprise, Inc. to create a design for a ground-up vehicle rental facility that could easily be replicated at other locations. The first prototype facility, the ‘test run’ so to speak, was the Riverside Parkway rent-a-car in Lawrenceville. This successful design was also used for the Hurricane Shoals rent-a-truck facility – also in Lawrenceville. To date Chandlee Construction has used this design to build a rent-a-car and rent-a-truck facility in Kennesaw, a rent-a-car on Park Brooke Circle in Marietta, and a rent-a-car facility on Thornton Road in Lithia Springs. All of these locations are in North Georgia.

Eleven Hair Salon

eleven-hair-salon Seth Chandlee, CEO of Chandlee Holdings and Founding Partner of Chandlee Construction Company, signed a design contract with Mr. Ajat Sundrajat on August 17, 2018. Chandlee Construction agreed to provide the client a base permit set of architectural and engineering plans for his salon project.

The scope of this commercial construction project involves demolishing an existing restroom on a lower level. The existing salon on the upper level with expand in to the lower level. New hair and shampoo stations, a clientele waiting area with a service counter, and a new restroom will be constructed. The existing upper level will remain the same. Also included in the scope is additional electrical and plumbing work including a new water heater.
