Chandlee Construction is one of Atlanta’s premier restaurant, bar, and café construction firms. Our contracting company has been in business for over fifteen years with co-founders who have decades of commercial construction experience including many successful restaurant construction projects. We are proficient at restaurant design and build, restaurant renovation, and restaurant remodeling. Basil’s Tapas Bar was a favorite restaurant and bar renovation and remodel project located in northwest Atlanta. This well-known eatery was devastated by a fire and our firm was chosen as the restaurant design contractor. The project required us to build a portion of the restaurant from the ground up while incorporating a completely fresh design in the new portion that carried over in the renovation of the remaining portion including a bar and outside dining patio.

We serve the Atlanta Metro area, as well as Sandy Springs, Roswell, Johns Creek, Peachtree Corners, Suwanee, LawrencevilleWith our reputation as excellent commercial and restaurant builders, we were chosen in 2019 to build the fabulous Calacas Restaurant – which means ‘day of the dead’ – in the new Omni Hotel complex in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Chandlee Construction was also chosen as the commercial contracting firm to build-out the award-winning design for the AIX – a French inspired restaurant in Atlanta, that included the Tin Tin Wine bar. Table 20 chose us to build-out their new café interior design to freshen the look of their popular restaurant in Cartersville, Georgia.
